Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CompliQ platform operated by REUDE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our"). By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CompliQ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organisation, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

CompliQ is an AI-powered drone inspection and fleet management platform designed for renewable energy asset operators. It enables users to upload inspection data, view defect analytics, generate engineering reports, and manage wind turbine and solar panel fleets.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access at cmo_ira@reude.tech.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• One account per individual user. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or data that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Use the platform to process data unrelated to legitimate renewable energy inspection activities.
• Misrepresent inspection data or generate fraudulent engineering reports.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI models, UI designs, and REUDE Technologies branding are the exclusive property of REUDE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of inspection data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it for platform functionality.

6. Data Accuracy & Liability

CompliQ provides AI-assisted defect detection and analytics as a decision-support tool. All engineering decisions, maintenance actions, and safety assessments remain the sole responsibility of the operator. We do not warrant that AI outputs are error-free or suitable as the sole basis for critical safety decisions.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be notified in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability.

8. Subscription & Payment

Access to certain CompliQ features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are set out in your separate service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or conduct posing a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REUDE Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or equipment damage resulting from reliance on platform outputs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
